Xiaomi 12 Series 3 Flagship Phones Introduced Globally
Xiaomi’s new flagship 12 series 3 phones were introduced in China in late December 2021.
Now, about two and a half months later, the Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro, and 12X are going on sale globally.
The Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro are better phones in terms of processor, while the 12X uses a smaller display and a less powerful processor. The phones will soon be available in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Xiaomi 12
Xiaomi 12 is the company’s smallest screen flagship phone after many years and the main focus is on features.
The phone is equipped with a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with FHD Plus resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate support.
The fingerprint scanner is mounted on the inside of the screen, while Gorilla Glass Victor is used to protect the display. Inside the phone is Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Generation 1 processor, while the cooling pad is also part of the device.
The Xiaomi 12 comes with a 4500 mAh battery with 67 watts wired, 50-watt wireless, and 10-watt reverse wireless charging support. Xiaomi 12 series phones will have the company’s new MIUI 13 user interface.
On the back of the phone, there is a setup of 3 cameras with the main camera of 50 megapixels with a volume of 1 / 1.56 inches and optical image stabilization support.
The 13-megapixel Ultra Wide and 5-megapixel Telemacro cameras are part of this setup. Xiaomi 12 will have 8 to 12 GB RAM and 128 to 256 GB storage options.
The model with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage will be available for $750 (over one lakh 35 thousand Pakistani rupees).
Xiaomi 12 Pro
This phone has a 6.73-inch LTPO display with a 1 to 120 Hz refresh rate facility which will be available depending on the task of the phone. The phone also has a fingerprint scanner mounted inside the screen, while Gorilla Glass Victis protection is provided.
On the back of the phone is a setup of three cameras of 50, 50 megapixels. The phone has a 50-megapixel main camera with a size of 1 / 1.28 inches and an image optical stabilization feature.
The second camera is a 50-megapixel portrait lens while the third 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera is present in this setup. The company has developed and installed its own Fast Auto Focus technology for phones to lock faces and other background elements.
Xiaomi has incorporated the device into a new night mode algorithm. The Xiaomi 12 Pro comes with a 4600 mAh battery with 120 watts fast charging support, while 50-watt wireless charging support is also part of the device.
The 8 GB RAM and 256 GB model of this phone will be available for one thousand dollars (over one lakh 79 thousand Pakistani rupees).
Xiaomi 12X
This is a phone very similar to Xiaomi 12, with a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. But the phone has a Snapdragon 870 processor and no wireless or reverse wireless charging features.
The phone comes with a 4500 mAh battery with 67 watts fast charging support. The back camera setup of the phone is similar to that of Xiaomi 12, which has a 50-megapixel main camera with a volume of 1 / 1.56 inches and optical image stabilization support.
Options of 8 to 12 GB RAM and 128 to 256 GB storage are part of the phone.
The model with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage will be sold for 50 650 (over one lakh 16 thousand Pakistani rupees).
